Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of return for items purchased through our website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Items purchased on sale or with a discount, as well as made-to-order items, are non-returnable.

The 14-day return period begins on the day your order is delivered. You are responsible for any return shipping costs, and all return shipments must be trackable. Requests for returns must be submitted to us within 14 days of delivery, and the returned items must be received by us no later than 10 days after you have notified us of your intent to withdraw from the purchase.

All return requests must be submitted via email to ciao@theitalianedition.se, clearly stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.
